My cousin wants to join the FBI. He talked to the FBI recruiter and was told to get a degree in criminal justice (a bachelor’s degree from an accreditted college, not just some certificate you get from some technical school). After he finishes school he will have to take a bunch of tests, and only if he does well on those tests will the FBI consider him.
I would contact your local FBI office and talk to someone there. I’m sure someone there would be happy to let you know what you would need to do. Even the FBI has a human resources department.
