DONT TAKE CRIMINAL JUSTICE! It is all taught to you at the academy take a RELATED course like Psychology or Sociology or something but ANYTHING but CJ.

Well, it also kinda depends on what you want to specifically study, there is a wide variety of things you can do when you take CJ classes, and even when you get into the FBI. Do you have a minor in mind, or some type of idea what you want to do?
I am a CJ major at Western Carolina University.. and it’s a GREAT department. All of the professors are great, and are always here to help if you need it. I am minoring in Sociology, and it’s also a good group of profs.
The best advice I can give you is to go on tours at different colleges you have in mind, and see which one has the best format to fit your style. Talk to the professors, see how well you get along with them, too. A big factor in how well you do in a college department is how well you get along with the professors. And always be open to new ideas. I started out as a Pyschology major, and after my first CJ class I switched over.
Good luck!!!!!
