East Carolina University has a major in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. It’s a large school in Greenville, NC… and depending what else you’re looking for in a school, it has a large arts program and a lot of “artsy” happenings, but its mostly known as a party school. http://www.ecu.edu
A lot of “state” universities will have the criminal justice and psychology programs.
